Due: Last Session of Class
Objective:
To introduce you to how to construct a website on a specific topic and how to utilize Expression Web, specifically, in creating that website. The purpose of this assignment is also to setup you up with a structure on which to build future classes.
Assignment:
You must create a personal website with the following criteria:
- A template based website on your students.cob.ilstu.edu site that completes the pages included in the template. You must complete all pages that the template creates (you get a pass on ones that just don’t make sense).
- YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE ALL PAGES DONE IN THE VIDEOS.
- You must create one additional page and put content on it.
- You must create an external style sheet with at least one style. Name the stylesheet after your ULID.
- Include at least 2 interactive buttons
- Include at least one behavior (not including a jump menu)
- Include an additional Jump Menu (it's a behavior, yes, but I want you to add this one specifically)
- Add at least 3 images into the site, in addition to the ones located within the template. Make those images clickable. Make all images 400 pixels wide. Make a 10 pixel margin on the photos. Vertically align them as necessary.
- Write a short bio of yourself (minimum 3 paragraphs) to include on the about me page.
- Post a link to you site on your facebook profile.
